Problem Note 33322: Bottom table border is missing in RTF output

Table borders are missing at the bottom of the page in RTF output.
When a table spans more than one page in RTF output, the border at the bottom of the page might be missing on all pages except the last page. This behavior is seen when the following style attributes are set:
RULES=GROUPS or RULES=NONE
and
FRAME=BELOW or FRAME=HSIDES
This was the expected behavior with traditional RTF output prior to SAS® 9.2 because of vertical measurement issues. With the measured RTF tagset in SAS 9.2, the expectation is that borders will appear on all pages.
